The Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi™) course is a comprehensive program designed to prepare experienced HR leaders for the SPHRi certification exam, validating their mastery of strategic, policy-making, and service delivery principles in a global context.

The SPHRi focuses on the ability to lead the HR function and align human capital strategy with overall organizational goals, independent of U.S. labor laws.
